Our ROI calculation is based on industry standards and the automation efficiency provided by VEX-HUB:
- Manual Resolution Time: It is assumed that a standard SAP support ticket (analysis, debug, solution, test) takes an average of 4 hours.
- VEX-HUB Impact: The "Solution Rate" you select represents the percentage of tickets that VEX-HUB autonomously solves or prevents from occurring.
